Glenn has always had a desire to help people feel better and improve their daily lives. He believes massage is an ongoing investment in wellness and should be seen as more than an occasional luxury. He is trained in Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Tui-Na (Chinese Acupressure), sports massage and cupping therapy.
He works extensively with athletes looking to recovery from injuries and maintain flexibility. His clients include members of the Princeton University Wrestling, Swimming and Diving teams, competitive bodybuilders, and a Jordanian marathon runner qualifying for their Olympic team.
His favorite hobbies include putting a lot of miles on his Peloton at home, traveling to watch his one son dive and the other perform in NYC, and supporting his stepson at lacrosse tournaments most weekends. When not chasing them, he volunteers his time at the Rock & Roll Marathon in Philadelphia, PA and messaging athletes at local lacrosse, marathon and cycling events.
